We partner with Central Kentucky nonprofits and families to ensure children receive bicycles, helmets, toys, clothing, and essential supplies—bringing comfort, confidence, and joy to every child we serve.
About Us
During the 2022 holiday season, we began supporting families in Central Kentucky by providing toys and children’s clothing to help create a magical Christmas for their kids. It didn’t take long for us to realize that bicycles were the most-requested item on nearly every child’s wish list. So we set out to purchase as many bikes as possible for the local organizations serving these families. Thanks to the generosity of many friends and donors, we were able to give more than 100 children brand-new bicycles that year.
What started as a simple desire to help has grown into a yearly tradition, and by 2024, we felt called to create an organization dedicated to directly supporting Central Kentucky families each holiday season.
Bikes 4 the Bluegrass was founded to build partnerships with local nonprofits that work hand-in-hand with families. We purchase bicycles, tricycles, scooters, helmets, and other requested toys, books, and supplies — then donate them to Central Kentucky organizations for their annual holiday toy drives.
